c. WSQ Effective Negotiation Skills

To protect your business margin, and to protect your price, you need to master the art of negotiation.  This is an essential skill for you to open, to advance and to close your deals at a price and terms favourable to you. e. Creating Business with an impact

Putting all the elements together, you can now write your winning business plan. Learn about how to craft a winning business strategy, set your own SMART objectives, leverage your own strengths, overcome your weakness, and optimize the resources so as to capture a bigger pie with minimal effort.

f. WSQ Introduction to Personal Data Protection Act

If your business involves handling of client’s personal data (NRIC number, mobile phones, photos, CCTV, etc.) of your clients, you may want to attend the PDPA workshop to ensure that you are on the right side of the law.
