Maintain Personal Presentation and Employability at Supervisory Level
Purpose:
To equip the learners with the knowledge and skills to be able to conduct self-assessment of own competencies to determine career goals, and develop a plan to achieve these career goals. The participant will be able to source for compatible jobs, apply for them, prepare for advanced job interviews and demonstrate appropriate social etiquette when attending interviews.
Learning Outcome
At the end of the workshop, the learners should be able to:
- Conduct self-assessment of personal competencies acquired through learning and experience
- Set personal career goals taking into account industry demand and personal competencies
- Review requirements to achieve personal career goals and develop plan to achieve career goals
- Source for jobs which are compatible with personal competencies and career goals
- Select jobs that best match personal competencies and career goals, establish job requirements and apply for jobs
- Apply advanced skills to prepare for and attend job interviews
- Maintain standards for personal image and hygiene when attending job interview
- Demonstrate social etiquette skills to build relations with interviewers

Methodology
This workshop will be conducted with a good blend of lecture, interaction, resume writing and interviews practices.

1) Pricing before WSQ funding
- Full Fees = $400 / pax
2) First, you need to determine if your company is an SME or non-SME or a Self Sponsored Individual
SMEs are defined as:
- Organisations registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Employment size (at group level) of not more than 200; OR annual sales turnover (at group level) of not more than S$100 million
- At least 30% local shareholding being held by Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Trainee must be SC or PR
- Trainee must be bona fide employee, and fully sponsored. Because of this reason, payment cheque must be issued from this sponsoring company (not personal cheque or holding company or sister companies)
3) If you are SME,
WDA funding:
- If you are Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, your course fee subsidy is up to 90% of the course fees. Your net fee after funding = $40
- If you are in the WTS scheme, then your net fee is $20
- Your absentee payroll reimbursement is capped at $150/pax
4) If you are non-SME,
WDA Funding:
- If you are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, your net fee after funding = $80/pax
- If you are 40 years or older, your net fee after funding is = $40/pax
- If you are 35 years or older, and earning $1900 /month or lesser, your net fee after subsidy is = $20/pax
- Your absentee payroll reimbursement is capped at $90/pax
5) In-house Workshop
- For 12 to 15 pax, we are able deliver an in-house workshop for you. Everest will provide venue + 2 tea-breaks
- For 16 to 20 pax, we shall provide venue + 2 tea-breaks + lunch
- Everest is a full fee ATO; customers have to pay the full fee upfront to the provider and submit the training grant application to WDA within the period from 180 days before to 30 days after course start date. Upon successful completion of the course, company will then submit the claims to WDA no later than 120 days after course end date.
6) If you are an Self Sponsored Individual
Your full workshop fee is $400/pax
WDA Funding:
- If you are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident from 21 years, your net fee after funding = $80/pax
- If you are 40 years or older, your net fee after funding is = $40/pax
- If you are 35 years or older, and earning $1900 /month or lesser, your net fee after subsidy is = $20/pax
